Wondering if anyone has done analysis on work-from-home network traffic on organizations' network?
If seems that a majority tickets for WfH are VPN credential related, but I am also wondering if the hairpin traffic pattern, ie, web-browsing from home via corporate internet portal though VPN, has created any noticeable degradation on VPN performances?

We are seeing the re-emergence of split-tunneling to offload "non-essential" "non-business" related traffic. Interestingly enough though, IT thinks that WebEx business meetings should route over the Internet...
