I hope this message finds you well. I searched through the ISC2 Community and couldn't find any information on how to delete an ISC2 candidate account. Four days ago, I formally requested the deletion of my account by emailing membersupport@isc2.org. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response or confirmation acknowledging receipt of my request.
I find it frustrating that, despite reaching out through the appropriate channels, I haven't received the support or assistance I require in this matter. Deleting one's account should be a straightforward process, and the absence of clear guidelines or timely responses only adds to the frustration.
If any members have had success in deleting their ISC2 candidate accounts or have any insights to share, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

It has to be possible to delete it by myself through my profile though.
Its funny ISC2 teaching people about privacy and holding peoples data against their will.

I am currently going through the same thing and I’ve waited for over 3 months and with each email I send to the appropriate team it seems to bounce back. This is really frustrating.
