I had my Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam scheduled for August 14th but rescheduled it to mid-November. I didn't receive a confirmation email. Two days before the exam, I received a reminder email and was surprised. I canceled the exam immediately , and this time received a cancellation email. Now, when I try to reschedule, it's asking for $200. Since it's a free exam, how to avoid this payment?
