I have been a member of one of e-commerce services.
Recently, I noticed that all my personnel information like Email address and account preferences were modified.
I immediately changed my Password to the site and contacted the support.
When contacted, they only responded back saying they have modified my details as before.
However, I dont feel very comfortable in hanging around that service anymore.
What are your thoughts?
What should have been my responses to it?
