Hacking the election

It is now being reported that  A few voting machines were visibly changing people's votes, and it was caught on video and posted on social media.

Who knows if the video is factual, but regardless I'm sure it will spark much discussion in the media and political arenas.  Hopefully, at a minimum, the result will be a mandatory paper trail (which does not exist on the machines in question).

That is a great story. Well written, based on believable exploits and sounding quite like a new story.   Kinda reminds me of another fictitious "news" story.

An interesting read. Perhaps noteworthy, some of the attacks were related to publishing salacious information about the candidate's relatives - not, say, an erroneous report that projected the candidate's tax platform would exacerbate the annual deficit by 7 percent. Again, I don't think the threat is someone stealing our democracy. I think we have abandoned it.

And yet another expert investigates the voting system.  (Mostly from a hardware perspective, but some important stuff.)
