Fake news "vaccine"

There are some interesting talks in "fake news vaccine":

https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/06/190624204800.htm

on CNN:

https://www.cnn.com/2019/07/04/media/fake-news-game-vaccine/index.html

The idea is intriguing, I guess that gaming theory is where it should be explored, since fake news is a gaming strategy.

Excellent, create resistance by playing the game and awarding the winners with badges.   Another interesting security awareness training, but will it catch on?

Badges? Did someone say badges?

@rsladeAs if I would convince you to read further, within the original article "There are six "badges" to earn in the game, each reflecting a common strategy used by purveyors of fake news: impersonation; conspiracy; polarisation; discrediting sources; trolling; emotionally provocative content."

Yes there are badges involved.    Convinced - no...
