Access denied

Please help me - I get a Access denied - you do not have permission to signin   when I try to login - I have tried every tip published.

  • Clear Browser Data: Clear your cache and cookies, then close and reopen your browser.
  • Use Incognito/Private Mode: This bypasses stored browser data that might cause conflicts.
  • Switch Browsers: If you are using Chrome, try Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
  • Disable VPN/Proxy: Security settings on VPNs can sometimes cause 403 access denied errors.
  • Check Time/Date: Ensure your device time is set automatically to avoid 2FA errors

I have the same problem: I was able to access the site until yesterday and I was going to take the final assessment for the SSCP Official Course, but the ISC2 site does not allow me to login, I get the same error message.
On the other side, my credentials are correctly recognized by the sites listed below.

I have submitted a support request, but my access for the SSCP Official Course will expire tomorrow.

Same here. I even tried using another device on a different network, but it still shows “access denied.”

I am not having issues and you have tried everything that we can recommend here.  Have you contacted Customer Service?  

 

@mariatirado as several folks seem to be having the same issue, would you be kind enough to forward to the correct folks internally?

Interesting I'm logged in, and the CPE portal is working, but it looks like Authentication or Authorization are failing on Salesforce elements, in addition the 'throbber' keeps going and doesn't retrieve my payment information.

 

Good news, the community seems fine.
