Interesting piece from Harvard Law Forum about disclosures, risks and effects on privacy: The professors and I just put together this piece discussing best practices in cyber risk factor disclosures.Cybersecurity is a systemic risk that face all US companies daily. It is better to be prepared and face the risk, rather than to ignore it and suffer the consequences
