Thank you Don for the great discussions.  I would like to suggest also that there are some great RA Frameworks out there.  I would suggest a look at the Cybersecurity Assessment Tool from the FFIEC publications (https://www.ffiec.gov/pdf/cybersecurity/FFIEC_CAT_June_2015_PDF2.pdf).  I thought it provided us terrific insight into our strengths and more importantly our weaknesses and enabled efficient process to determine how and where we should focus growth in our program.
