Book signing on Wednesday @ ISC2 Congress

I'm honored that ISC2 has once again asked me to do a book signing at this year's ISC2 Congress.

On Wednesday at 11am, I will be signing these titles:

  • CISSP For Dummies (this is an ISC2 approved study guide)
  • IT Disaster Recovery Planning For Dummies
  • Getting a Security Job For Dummies (great gift for that colleague who is curious about our profession)
  • Getting a Networking Job For Dummies

I am looking forward to seeing you there.

If you're unable to stop by or are not attending the conference, we can make arrangements to get signed copies of any of these (or other) titles to you for your collection or event. Write to me at the address below.

Most of my titles are listed here: https://peterhgregory.wordpress.com/books/

Many thanks,

Peter

What a great collection of books and even better you will be on  hand to sign them!

I wonder with all of your "Dummies" books, what do you have for (ISC)2 members now that we are no longer "dummies?"  Smiley Happy

Let me know if you are ever in Central Florida, I would enjoy having you speak to the members of the Central Florida (ISC)2 chapter!

Hi James - great question!  The truth is this: most Dummies have college degrees, are smarter than average, and want to learn something new while having fun learning it. So they're actually targeted to smarter people, with a bit of humor and attitude.

Here are some non-Dummies titles:

CISA All-In-One Study Guide (now in 3rd edition)

CISSP Guide to Security Essentials (now in 2nd edition - college textbook)

I don't anticipate central Florida in my immediate future, but I do travel a fair amount and could end up there some time.

See you next week (?),

Peter
