unable to pay my AMF

I am unable to pay my AMF (CISSP)，i have tried all my cards after entering my payment information clicking on PAY it just load for a sec. then back to normal clicking again doesn't help same thing happens nothing loads. Am i doing something wrong ?

I have been trying to pay AMF and its failing, unfunately ISC2 customer care service is badly degraded, I have sent many email and spent more than 30mins on call, no luck.

What to do, any thought please
