"Peace of Mind Protection" not added to my Pearson VUE exam booking

Today I registered for the CISSP exam.

According to Start 2024 as a CISSP! (isc2.org) when you "purchase your exam with Peace of Mind Protection and get the assurance of a second sitting, if needed".

 

However, nothing was added to the cart when I clicked on the BUY NOW.

I then went over to Pearson VUE to book my exam, expecting to be given this option of "Peace of Mind protection". I bought the exam and scheduled a date. However, I don't see anything in my booking confirmation. What should I do? I called Pearson VUE but their support was useless, as they did not even understand my query and referred me to ISC2.

Help!

@Banter2062 Thank you for contacting ISC2 and the community board.

 

After the purchase of Peace of Mind Protection, please allow up to 7 days to receive the exam voucher code which would be sent to you in a separate email.
