maintenance fee payment error

Hi there;

 
My maintenance fee for my CISSP certification is due next month. but when I enter my card details to pay the fee, I get the message "Please enter valid expiration date."

I chose the month and year information from the drop-down list and it is valid information for the credit card that I am willing to pay with. 

anyone has any idea what's wrong with it?
