Who to Contact for Support!

I wanted to share an update with you regarding best contacts for any issues you may be experiencing. If you need help from ISC2 regarding your membership – which is anything from the CPE portal to AMF inquiries, communication preferences or profile changes, etc. – please continue to contact your regional Member Support team. You can reach those folks on weekdays during business hours in their local time zone.

Hi @rsansf , i see that you have an ongoing case with our support team since Friday. Our support team is experiencing some candidate and member challenges. While the majority of issues have been resolved, our team is working through support requests in the order that they are received, responses can take up to 10 business days.

Hi @rsansf - I can see that your last email to support was on May 13th, which today marks 5 business days. I understand how frustrating it can be, but please allow a few more days for our team to get back to you. Our team is currently working through a high volume of enquiries and while most challenges have been resolved, our support teams are responding to requests in order that they have been received. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, How are you? i cleared my cissp exam on 20th may but endorsement mail from ISc2 shows wrong date and wrong certificte.

I've called on 3 different days over the past 10 days and I've never received a call back (even though I pressed the button for one). I'm now sitting on hold, and we'll see how long it takes to reach someone.

 

I've also tried the help desk chat multiple times within their hours and I still get the "try us during operating hours" message. 

 

Some of us have deadlines. Our exams are the finals for our classes. I can't just sit here and wait weeks to even be able to buy my exam, let alone register for it.
