Where can we report cert fraud sites/services

Does anyone know if (ISC)2 has a portal or form to submit sites/services that offer illicit certification services?  
I have a tweet that showed up in my feed offering certs without taking the exam.  I'm pretty upset about seeing that and want to report it.

Please call or email Member Services with any information you have (e.g. screenshots, emails, social media names).  Any and all information is helpful. They will then escalate to the legal team for next steps. Thank you!
