I’ve been trying to contact Member Support for assistance with two issues:
- I was paid for the Annual Due twice but only received one receipt.
- I successfully reinstate my ISC2 Candidate Status and I can attend self-paced online training which is the benefit of isc2 candidate but I cannot register for the CC exam without additional fees.
I have contacted via E-mail, Discussion Forum, Web Form, and Live Chat. Previously, I received an email acknowledging my request and stating I would receive a response within 7 days. However, it has now been 12 days, and I still haven’t heard back.
Does anyone have suggestions for a more efficient way to get in touch with Member Support?
