Good afternoon, let me ask you, "I completed the ISC2 Official ISC2 CC Online Self-Study Training - 1M" course completion certificate on December 21, 2022 and created a candidate membership, verified the certification or assigned my number, but the my number no longer appears, I couldn't find the candidate verification, I didn't take the Vue Pearson exam because I'm in Rome and I live in Campania because it's too far away and it's not possible to use the CC ISC2 online exam?
Soon my candidate membership will be valid until 12/2023, so I can't pay 50 MFA to continue membership for another year because I didn't take the exam and didn't participate, so how should I close my ISC2 account and registering as a candidate? Who can help me and how does it work?
