Good afternoon:
I’ve been trying to pay my AMFs for the past week through my membership hub. I select pay by credit card and soon after receive the following message “You have reached this page in error, please use the membership dashboard to pay your AMF’s.” Next I tried calling member support over the past few days at different times, unable to reach a live operator, instead the automated recording disconnects me. I have tried emailing member services and opening a chat with member services. May I respectfully request that ISC2 look into a way to improve our customer service level timeframes? We pay alot of money in dues and perhaps it would be advantageous to create a service level agreement for our customer support team. Thank you for your consideration to my request.
