Understand there were recent issues with the dashboard, and they were supposedly corrected, but I am unable to pay my fee. I've tried multiple browsers using various OS/platform, and multiple cards. Support via email provided wire transfer directions but bank charges and additional $25 for this. I have paid this fee for years without any issue. There is no error on the page. After hitting 'submit' button at the bottom, it states to not hit back to avoid duplicate charges, then nothing happens. Support stated there are no issues with my account, but this just isn't working and looking for an alternative. Can you pay via phone? Would rather have the dashboard fixed, but will try something different if it doesn't cost me extra.
