Unable to pay AMF with valid credit card

Hi ISC2 Support,

I'm trying to pay my AMF with valid credit card but recieve the following error message Transaction declined, please review your credit card information and try again or use a different card.". My credit card is active and I have confirmed with my issuing bank to confirm there is no problem with my card. 

Can you please help on how else I can pay the AMF which is due end of 30 Nov 2023.

Dear ISC2 support,

Today was supposed to be my last day to book my CISSP exam, but unfortunately when proceed to payment after entering my valid debit card number, it was rejected, and I had used same debit to pay for CC exam last month. I have sufficient fund in my card yet was rejected. Please appreciate your advice.
