I have looked through some posts and have seen somewhat similar discussions, but nothing recent. I have been trying to pay my first AMF after getting my required CPEs for the last month. When I go to checkout, I try to pay, and all I get is "An error occurred, you might want to check the information you entered." The thing is, I did not have to enter any info... I have called three different numbers, I have sent them an email, and I have tried to do live chat, but I can never get it to actually connect me with anyone. I have used different browsers, different computers, and different networks while trying to place the purchase.
My question is, is anyone else having this issue, and is there a way to appeal a revocation of a cert if the maintenance fee is not paid on time because their system won't allow me to pay (I have to pay by this Sunday, excluding any grace period)? Is there a sweet spot when it comes to getting someone to communicate with you? I have been trying anywhere between 9am CST and 1pm CST with absolutely zero luck every time.
