Unable to add new CPE

I've been trying to add new CPEs for the past month. However, I have not been able to select the Domain as no options are presented. I am also unable to "Save Draft" as the button is not functional.

 

What is up with this website? I can't pay my membership dues and I cannot add new CPEs.
