Submitted endorsement a month ago, status still says accepted but ISC2 has yet to begin processing.

Good Morning, 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I submitted my endorsement at the beginning of May 2021, i have yet to hear anything and the status still says "Your application has been received but processing by (ISC)² has not yet started." Can ISC2 get the ball rolling on this endorsement?
