Still having trouble logging in and haven’t heard back from membersupport@isc2.com after 10 days.

Dear ISC2 member support team,

 

Urgent Assistance Required – Login Issue Preventing Annual Fee Payment

 

My annual membership fee is due to expire in the next few weeks, and I am currently unable to access the payment portal due to an unexpected login issue.

 

While I can log in normally through the main portal, I immediately receive an "Access Denied" error upon logging in (please refer to the attached screenshot ISC2login01.png). Additionally, when I click the login button on the error page, a second error message appears (refer to ISC2login02.png).ISC2login 01.pngISC2login 02.png

 

Given the urgency of this matter, I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue so I can proceed with the payment before the deadline.

 

Seeking your urgent response or help to resolve this issue as soonest.

Hi Maria,

 

Mark has responded, and I’ve informed him that all ISC.org links for my credential replies are returning a similar error message. I’ve asked him to escalate the issue to the next level of technical support, as it appears to be related to a potential SSO issue.

 

While I await the incident number, I am also expecting a response from him or his team regarding an alternative payment option, such as phone validation with a credit card (One-time password).

 

I would appreciate it if you could reach out to the appropriate technical support team or suggest an alternative payment method while we wait for a resolution.
