I am receiving a single sign-on error when trying to access the CPE and certificate sections. I raised a case a month ago and still haven't had it resolved. Has anyone else had this problem with response or is it just me?
same here - i sent email to EMEA support yesterday morning and no response, you would think that the money they rake in from members that the web site would work and they could afford more than one support staff!

I have the same problem for a month, I dont have member id yet, because it is my first AMF. Please, fix it.

I raised this issue in August with my account. I have spoken to several people in support and in this forum. As of today the issue is still not fixed. It's been nearly a year since I received my certification and I have never been able to submit CPEs. I have been told the fix will take some time but all the ETAs I have ever been given have passed by the wayside with no real update as to what the actual problem is and what it will take to fix. Has anyone in this thread actually had the issue resolved?
