Salesforce broken, need score report, can't pay. CS unresponsive.

I've been trying to pay with card, and I get:
We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.

I've seen this is a common issue, and people are directed to email member services. Unfortunately, customer support is not responsive. I need this fixed ASAP because at this rate ISC2 site issues are going to prevent graduation at my university.

I did see where you mentioned CS as being unresponsive, resulting from your initial email submission on March 28th as where you are still waiting a resolve. We do appreciate your patience as we work through the member inquiries that have come in for us to address.

Less urgently now that the payment issue was cleared up over the phone, the salesforce stuff is still broken (like trying to go to digital certificate.) should I expect that's going to clear up soon from the email I sent a week ago?

It looks like an issue isc has been experiencing since 2019.
