I have emailed support asking about this 3 times. I cannot pay my maintenance fees because the site will not load. Also, I was told that my cert would update with the new cert expiration once it expires, but it expired and has not updated with the new one yet.
I'm having the same problem with the salesforce connector to pay the maintenance fee. I've tried different computers, browsers. I've email support but not heard back yet. Concerning for such a large organization.
