Have you ever had a professional license, certification, membership, or registration revoked, or have you ever been censured or disciplined by a professional organization or government agency?
How should I answer if my CEH certificate has expired because I didn't submit my continuing education credits? My portal status shows as "Revoked," but I am eligible to reinstate the certification by retaking the exam. I have never faced any disciplinary action from them.
