Regarding Endoresement link

Dear Team,

 

I passed CISSP Exam on 29th May but I am not able to fill the endorsement details as when I am clicking the endorsement link it is displaying error. see below

 

 

Unrecognized Guid format.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

I also noticed that the CISSP id which I got in the congratulations email is not listed in my ISC2 profile page. Actually my CISSP profile page non-member id is blank. Please let me know where can I forward my request to resolve this issue.



Exception Details: System.FormatException: Unrecognized Guid format.
