Re-register for free cybersecurity exam

Please, I want to re-register for free cybersecurity exam but it asks for payment, isn't it free anymore, or is there a difference link to it. please i need someone to help me out

You may reschedule your exam appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled exam through Pearson VUE without the risk of forfeiting your free exam.

You are being charged the $199 because have already used your one (1) free attempt at the CC exam.
