Provisionally Passed CCSP my portal shows awaiting endorser but Endorser has already endorsed HELP!!
Good Morning ISC2,
I am reaching out again because my endorser and I have followed everything listed in the directions. Something is going on with the system or my account because my endorser has triple checked and on his end it shows that my endorsement has been submitted by him to ISC2 in his portal. In my portal it shows awaiting endorser. All I am doing is trying to complete the endorsement and get fully certified by ISC2. This should not be this hard. My sponsor and I both have over 20yrs of verifiable IT experience so following the directions below is extremely easy and very straightforward and my endorser has checked and double checked and on his end it shows submitted. I NEED THIS TO BE ESCALATED immediately I took and passed the test on September 5th so I have already lost 4 months. I don't have much longer. I don't know where else to go. I went on the members support page and found others that have taken the CCSP and have had this same problem so I know it is possible for there to be a problem with the endorsement portal. I have reached out to support multiple times and all they have done is send me the directions for my endorser. But it doesn't seem they are really trying to solve the problem. I need help!!!
