I am having an issue with my profile showing as Non Member although paid AMF and passed CCSP exam indeed. I even see CPE hours of the certification but cannot see or access any of the member benefits!?
I have the same issue. I can find myself in members directory but profile says I'm a non-member. Is it because my AMF cycle will start on September 1, as I've got the "Welcome to ISC2" email yesterday?
Finally they fixed it after sending the issue with screenshots to ISC2 support team. They take around 1-2 weeks to fully resolve it and activate my member dashboard including benefits.
