No confirmation e-mail from ISC2

Dear Admin,

 

 

I had provisionally passed my exam on the 15th of April 2022, but I have yet to receive a confirmation e-mail from ISC2 to begin my endorsement process till today. It's been more than a month and e-mailing member support is not that helpful because I'm told to wait and not provide the reason behind the delay.

 

Can someone from the ISC2 help to provide the usual waiting time period from the date I cleared the exam to receive the confirmation e-mail?

Hello and thank you for your inquiry.

 

Normally, it takes up to 5 business days for exam results to be transmitted; afterwards, you should be able to start the endorsement process. This does not account for some instances where the processing of exams and scores may be delayed.

 

We do have a support specialist assigned that is working on your exam transmittal results. case # 02991074

Thanks for your response.

 

This has been bothering me because when I ask some of the CISSP professionals that had recently passed their exam, they said the confirmation was received within few days of passing,, but mine has been more than a month and still no update.

 

Do you know what the issue is and how long will it take to solve? 

 

I just tried https://apps.isc2.org/Endorsement/#/Home and getting the same error " Your account has not been fully provisioned yet".

 

I hope this can be resolved the soonest possible.

Its been more than 6 weeks since the exam date and I have not seen any progress with my case.

Did you ever get this resolved I'm going through the same boat now super disappointed in this process. As if the exam isn't stressful enough. Many other CISSPs getting their welcome email within a day. And here I am stuck in limbo.
