I have left several messages and emails and no response from Member support nor learn@isc2.org
What do I have to do to get a response? Very frustrating!
Have you tried the Support Chat function from the main ISC2 Member Portal?
I haven't tried it since it was apparently reintroduced a few weeks or so ago, but that always used to be my "go to" contact option.
If that is not available, I found if you really need a prompt response, then calling your local Member Services team first thing in the morning was effective - don't leave a message if you don't get through, keep calling until someone answers.
