Can someone help me to figure it out, how long does it take to apply name changes from ISC2 to PearsonVUE? I'm struggling to book my exam for weeks now because of a name mismatch issue. Contacted support for several times and all I hear from them is "wait 72 hours" to reflect changes to PearsonVUE. I have waited more than 72 hours and had several email communications with them, but nothing has happened yet.
The problem is, ISC2 has updated my name and it shows correctly on their profile, but the change didn't apply into PearsonVUE profile.
