Are you having trouble receiving your exam results, obtaining your credly badge, getting a response from (ISC)² member support? These all could be going to your other email address.
I'm seeing a lot of people ask about their multiple accounts or complaining they aren't receiving emails. The best solution is to only create ONE login using the same email with both Pearson VUE and (ISC)². Please do not create multiple email address logins with (ISC)². If you already used multiple email addresses, you'll need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org for next steps in merging your accounts (if allowed).
Having multiple accounts causes delays in receiving exam results. Creating multiple accounts to avoid a rescheduling fee, circumvent the (ISC)² Retake Policy or to reapply a free exam code is a violation of (ISC)² Exam Policies and may nullify your exam results and/or result in a temporary or permanent ban from (ISC)² exams.
