@mauricioronei

You will need to contact membersupport@isc2.org to have your accounts merged.

FYI - for anyone else reading this, please do NOT create multiple accounts as it will only delay your results.

This is on the login page:

IMPORTANT: Having multiple accounts causes delays in receiving exam results. Creating multiple accounts to avoid a rescheduling fee, circumvent the (ISC)² Retake Policy or to reapply a free exam code is a violation of (ISC)² Exam Policies and may nullify your exam results and/or result in a temporary or permanent ban from (ISC)² exams.

I created an account earlier today so I will like to merge the new account with the old. I didn't know it was an offense to have multiple accounts. I just read it. Thank you I've not taken any exams yet, ignorance of the law is not an excuse so my actions are unpardonable so Im reaching out for you to help me merge the accounts

Hi, I’m looking for guidance. I have already passed CC and am trying to purchase a CISSP exam voucher, but my checkout appears to be affected by an account-level session management issue.

The checkout page remains locked and continuously loads on my account. I’ve tested multiple devices and networks, and confirmed that the same checkout flow works correctly in the exact same environment when trying my friend’s account, which suggests this is not a network or device issue as the support said.

Since this appears to be a server-side session lock on my account and has not yet been resolved through support, would it be acceptable for me to create a new ISC2 account to purchase the exam voucher, and later request that the accounts be merged?

I want to make sure I stay fully compliant with ISC2 policies. Thank you for your guidance. I can provide you the case number if it’s needed.
