I passed my exam today. A few weeks ago, I completed an associate application. I've never received any correspondence about that application. After passing the exam, I received an email saying I needed to complete an application. I tried to complete it but received an error saying my account was not provisioned. It also mentioned a fee but said it would be waived if I was an associate. I don't know if I am or not. Also, I completed the candidate application, and I'm not sure what's happening. So far, I'm confused by this organization and the various applications and hoops you must jump through.
