4 Apr I received the confirmation that my endorsement application for SSCP has been approved, but member dashboard and AMF page wasn't updated since. Also, in endorsement home page status of my application was not updated. It still says: "Your application was endorsed by 'name of endorser', it has been submitted to (ISC)² for review."
Thus, I cannot pay my AMF (there's no button for it) and obtain my certification.
I contacted the support through email 16 days ago (membersupport@isc2.org). Cookie cleaner and different browser didn't work. Support specialist suggested me to pay for AMF through phone or wire transfer (swift transaction probably), but currently I'm not being able to do that. I only have my debit card and want to continue the process as I did with my CC certification. Recently the support specialist told me that the issue is resolved and everything is fine now, but it isn't and nothing has changed since. A couple of days I'm not getting the response.
It seems like we stuck and the problem isn't in my side. Could you please resolve the issue and provide me with the opportunity to finally pay for my certification. It shouldn't take so long.
