Member Support Is Horrible & Completely Unresponsive
I've been trying to renew my CISSP for over a year, and have sent several emails to EMEA Support, and the US-Based support. I've tried calling, with no avail either.
To date I yet to receive any feedback on my CISSP renewal, which has lapsed in the meantime. Yet I quickly receive notice that my CISSP has expired, and a "Customer Service Survey" - which I've completed several times with the same feedback.
I've only recently discovered this forum, but who do I have to contact to renew?! This is infuriating and making me believe that ISC2 doesn't care, and that the CISSP isn't worhwhile. Perhaps ISACA support will be better.
