Member Support Is Horrible & Completely Unresponsive

I've been trying to renew my CISSP for over a year, and have sent several emails to EMEA Support, and the US-Based support. I've tried calling, with no avail either.

 

To date I yet to receive any feedback on my CISSP renewal, which has lapsed in the meantime. Yet I quickly receive notice that my CISSP has expired, and a "Customer Service Survey" - which I've completed several times with the same feedback.

 

I've only recently discovered this forum, but who do I have to contact to renew?! This is infuriating and making me believe that ISC2 doesn't care, and that the CISSP isn't worhwhile. Perhaps ISACA support will be better.

My advice is to call and keep calling Member Services until you actually speak to someone.

 

The best time to call I've found is usually first thing in the morning - for the EMEA team that is just after 09:00 GMT.
