I need to urgently change my primary email address, but did not get any response back from Membersupport after two attempts of contact.

Any suggestion how to get faster support?

Give them a call (+1.866.331.4722  or +1.727.785.0189).  They work 1st shift in the US Eastern timezone.  You will get no response over the weekends or during their evening/night.
