I have been trying to submit my last few CPEs over the last 3 days, my deadline is today. I may have satisfied them, as I had some "submitted on behalf of" pending, but I can't see them and I've attended an event this month that I planned to submit too. I've contacted member services by email and phone but no reply yet. I don't want my membership suspended just because the portal isn't available. Can anyone advise?

I apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on getting our systems up and running ASAP. You have a 90-day grace period so you will have time to fulfill these requirements. Again, I apologize for the technical issues.

Thanks, but due to maternity leave I've used my grace period this cycle.
Today is the absolute last day and I've offered to provide evidence for
CPEs via email to member services but they haven't come back to me yet...

Hi. Does this have anything to do with there being an SSO error from what appears to be Okta when I attempt to pay my AMF? I select "pay with card" and then it errors out. Screen Shot 2020-11-14 at 7.03.50 PM.png

@austinjwolff If you haven't already, please contact Member Services and one of our Member Support Coordinators can work with you to resolve this SSO error.
