Hi Guys,
I ran into strange problem, my account some how is not allowing me to change password, it keep asking me to connect with customer support.
I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

getting below message:
A password reset request was made for your Okta account. If you did not make this request, please contact your system administrator immediately.
At this time your password can only be reset by an administrator. To send them a request, go to your Sign-in Help page. Then click the Request help link.

I am in touch with support team but answer I am getting is that it will take 10 days to reset password, which is quite strange and beyond my understanding.
