Just passed exam, need advice for endorsement

I passed my CISSP exam last Thursday, and I just started the endorsement process. It is asking for my previous supervisors, but I'm unable to contact one of the two that I need (he's no longer with the company.) Should I just put the HR department phone number and my supervisor's company email? (Nobody would be answering emails at that address though.)
