I'm hoping someone can help me, I've called customer support 3 or 4 times and submitted tickets a few times with no resolution. I passed my CISSP exam at the end of September, my sponsorship was approved at the end of October, and I paid my AMF the beginning of November. When I log in I am still shown as a non-member, with a blank dashboard, but it does show my AMF as being paid. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I'm trying to get the CISSP "official" for a job I'm pursuing.

Unfortunately, members are in the dark regarding response time metrics and given the holiday season, delays will most likely be longer. That doesn't lessen the anxiety of not knowing the status and expected time for resolution.
Recommend persistence in calling the help desk.
