Issues with certificate pdf download/badges and member fees

Hello all!

 

 

I provisionally passed my CISSP exam 2 days ago. As of this posting, I have Associate of ISC2 added to my account and I sent off my endorsement package yesterday.

 

My profile says I have my Acclaim Badge and PDF cert ready to go, however, when I click on my PDF cert, I get brought to a green background and nothing loads. As for my Acclaim badge, there is nothing from ISC2 in my account.

 

It could just be that my onboarding process is not quite finished but I would like some peace of mind.

@johndabomb44 Congratulations on passing your exam and becoming an Associate of (ISC)²! Please note, Associate of (ISC)² is a status, not a certification, so you will not have a certificate to download; that is why the PDF is green. Once your endorsement application has been approved and your cycle starts, that is when you will be able to download your digital certificate.
