Issues registering for CISSP after merging accounts

Hello,

 

I have been receiving an error message "More than 1 Record Present with Supplied ID " when trying to register to take the CISSP exam. I was told by an agent that I had a duplicate account using a corporate email address of a previous employer. The agent stated that they merged the accounts and I still get the same error. I have cleared my cache and tried several different browsers and computers. Can someone please help? The correct email is the gmail.com one.
