ISC2 REJECTS EUROPEAN CARDS FOR PAYMENTS

I am recently try to pay my AMF using my credit cards, one linked to my bank but other kinda ecommerce I just use for payments in Internet, and they both got rejected. I think there is no gateway for payments and that they don't apply european PSD2 that is mandatory here so europeans cannot pay our AMFs !!!

I have the same issue. Tried to by a training course but did not succeed since the payment service did not work. Also tried to talk to the customer support... they wanted me to do a wire tranfer?! Who even does that anymore in 2022?
