Are there any plans to develop a native Community App for Android/iOS users for ease of access and use?

I agree!!  having a dedicated app for this community would be awesome. I know I've used it on my iPhone and iPad and it works okay.  A dedicated app would be fantastic.  Phase 2? 🙂

We currently do not have any plans to develop an app at this time, but will look into it for the future.

Based on other replies, here, it looks like there currently is not a plan in the works for app creation. I'm new to this Community, and I get the impression it is fairly new, so imagine there will be much growth in the coming years, which may include an app. I'm guessing, of course.

I would be happy to help if indeed help is required. As other participants has commented I certainly feel it would  spur the community adoption.
